Twitter posting on updates

Hi,

Thanks for a useful module. Kindly add following feature:

Allow Twitter post on update of any node. This is useful when nodes are updated with latest statistics on regular basis. This can be made user configurable whether user want to post updated nodes or only new nodes.

Hope you would consider that on priority basis.
