I was looking for this configuration, as it would be nice to remove the PHP logic from block forms (the database.)

Since the majority of block visibility settings is directly based on node type (not really URLs, at least for me) this would be a great way to configure this properly without code in the database.

Technically, it does put code in the database but abstracts that from the user.
