Come together with the global Drupal community in Rotterdam, 28 Sept – 1 Oct 2026. Sessions, contribution, connection, and Early Bird savings until 8 June.I'm using AF with il8n. Whenever I create a new forum posting it is locked an not replies/comments can be made.
I'm sure it's a problems with my settings but I can't figure out which. It was working ok until I changed my 1l8n settings so I could see all posts, irrespective of the language.
I have the following settings:
Home › Administer › Content management > Forums
Default comment setting: Read/Write
Comment controls: Do not Display
Location of comment submission form: Display below post or comments

New forum posts are now unlocked and can be replied to.

The same thing happened to a forum I manage; http://drupal.org/node/517024#comment-1802972 gave a solution that worked fine.

vunda commentedI had the same problem. I resolved it by going to the post "Edit" and select "Comment settings" and "Open". See the attached image.
