#472740: Support CVS/drush install (AKA core=6.x)
this one is not required for those downloading the tarball, but for those using CVS or drush it seems to be necessary

#574830: disabled subjects not working after comment_update_6002
this one is required to make this module work with disabled subjects, nevertheless it's pretty old and never got properly reviewed by the community, I should look at it before committing, those who might review it as well are welcome
