We just got a letter from a client who was exasperated that they couldn't send us any money. ;) Like most people, I assumed the big list of countries that comes with Ubercart includes all of them, but this is not the case.

I searched Google and found that there is a CIF file over at http://www.ubercart.org/contrib/13567 which seems to work perfectly. I'm re-posting it here after advice from tr in #drupal-ubercart that development stuff is trying to be handled more in this queue than on the Ubercart site, and this might get more visibility here.

Here's the file; to use, remove the .txt extension and put in your ubercart/uc_store/countries directory.
