#634240: [HEAD BROKEN] system_list() caching is broken got committed while it had to failures and temporarlily broke HEAD.

The patch got committed while http://drupal.org/node/634240#comment-2271364 test report was still marked 'results: None' (grey background) after two days. Yet there was a 'view details' link present, and an actual report with two failures behind the link (http://qa.drupal.org/pifr/test/19154)
