Ubercart ignores CA predicate gui adjustments

Hi,

if I change the status of the predicate "E-mail checkout notifications" to "deactivated" or change the invoice template ubercart/drupal always sends the "customer" invoice template. Everything I change in GUI will be ignored. But if I change predicate settings within uc_cart.ca.inc all these changes take effect even if the status in the GUI was set to "deactivated".

I don't know if this is only for the predicates provided from uc_cart. But I wanted ubercart to deactivate the default ubercart CAs and to send the invoice if another order status is reached. Then I noticed that everytime an order was made the default invoice email was sent.
