Hidden values or default taxonomy or ... ??

I'm new to Drupal and OG, so bear with me...but I'm not sure how to accomplish this:
I currently have groups setup with og vocabularies( and og image gallery, which doesnt apply here). My specific application for groups is actually clubs, which are in a state, which are in a district. Each group has their own vocab setup for the states and district that applies to them.
I want to redo the group default page and setup a panel with 3 views. The top view would have the groups posts as its displayed currently by default. The other 2 views I want to add to the bottom would pull in posts with certain taxonomy, one from their groups state (X), and one from their groups district (Y)...kind of like 'Whats going on around you' sections. Is it possible that I can set some default terms or hidden values, or something else for each group that the view can pull in and filter
the results by? Or am I approaching it all wrong?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
