I installed the module and succussfully uploaded an mp3 into my "audio" content type.
When I try to create another "audio" node and upload another mp3 file, it just spins, and spins and spins...
when I look at my log it says: The file upload failed. field_audio_0

I don't really understand database's but if I already have an audio file shouldn't it be uploading "field_audio_1" or "field_audio_2"?

just an update... I believe the issue I'm having is caused by the date field. I realized any content type that includes a date field is not saving correctly. Have not been able to fix it, but I do not think it's the MP3 module.
