how to set up term for user in Taxonomy?

i am new in drupal and trying to set up term for user.
here is the scenario:
i would like to set up link in Tags, like if you click on Tag , that suppose to to be taken users to their user profile or user tracker page.
how to to set up that?
i tried but using Taxonomy redirect Module but but not capture the what i want to link to be happened.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
