I am currently maintening a excel list to track my calls. But probably there could be a better solution.

I am thinking for example to a view that show those who haven't answered their invitation. Then directly from this view I could edit a small text field where I can note my last call date, and other information (the invitee ask me to call him back this date and so one...).

Or maybe it is a good solution to integrate drupal with a CRM also for this.

I am curious to know how other people do or plan to do ?
