When I place an image and try to hyperlink it to bigger version using second (hyperlink) tab, address of selected image after click "Send to fckeditor" is send to first tab replacing image link not as hyperlink.

Maybe You can use similiar solution.

However, I guess this is a duplicate of #664822: Wrong parameter for LinkBrowserURL in FCKeditor.
You can follow up on that issue to track its status instead. If any information from this issue is missing in the other issue, please make sure you provide it over there.
