"Modify node fields" is a great feature.
But with "content taxonomy" fields, it should propose the same options as in "views_bulk_operations_taxonomy_action".
Currently, it's only possible to redefine *all* the terms for the selected elements,
and not, for instance, only remove one term or add one term.

I will probably add this feature to the "Modify node taxonomy" action instead. "Modify node fields" is way too generic to handle something like that.
