In #410428: Improve theme-ability of shipping quotes, a theme function was added to the UPS shipping quotes module in order to put all the markup generated by that module into the theme function. The patch attached here does the same thing for the USPS module, and adds a USPS logo as well for consistency with the UPS and FedEx methods. I have tested it with the latest dev release of UC.

We usually mark these as "fixed" when they're fixed, and let drupal.org automatically move them to closed after two weeks of inactivity. That lets people still see it as a recent issue, so you don't get lots of support requests for bugs you've already fixed.
