The UC 1.x patch for the UK countries file which was committed in #326836: Update the UK country file to include all zones is bad. Specifically, the db_query() in the update function fails to fill in the zone_id column for the newly-added zones. Here is a new patch that will fix the UK countries file currently in the UC 1.x distribution.
