Downloaded this tonight (Thu Nov 19 20:33:41 EST 2009) and installed and set it up. I did some pretty simple stuff. Created a test subsite and set some content up to it. When I go to the content under this subsite I get a huge error. It has to do with

file: subsites.module
line: 140

context_set_by_condition

Once that is commented out it works. I also updated contexts earlier today so perhaps the function name changed.

Can you specify the error here? Nothing seems to have changed in context.

These are the releases that I have on this Drupal install
Subsites: 6.x-1.2
Context: 6.x-1.0-alpha4
