I sent a reply to an aol address and the output of the email was html.
Is this a bug or a setting that can be adjusted?
thanks! Great module!

Anonymous (not verified) commentedLikely a bug.
Can you provide any more details?
Are you saying the incoming email from someone using AOL displays HTML in the ticket?

JackThompson commentedHello,
What I am saying is the AOL recipient opens his email and sees HTML code. AOL is not parsing it or something else is going on.
note: This is happeneing when I send a replly to an AOL user via the ticket system follow up.
It would be great to have this resolved. Let me know if you have any more questions. I will reply in a timly manner.
Thanks and have a great day!

I will not be releasing official versions as often as I did on initial release. As a new module, there were several outstanding issues that needed attention.
Now that the module has been available for some time, and has an active userbase, releases will come much slower. Ideally, I would like several weeks of testing of the dev version before I roll a new release. It's been several weeks now since Beta 4, and as you can see from the issue queue, there have not been many bug reports. I'll likely roll a official release within the following days.
That being said, I've been trying to reproduce your issue without success. I have several dev machines and I don't see anything unusual when sending ticket emails to my aol accounts.
I'd be happy to address the issue, but there's is no indication that this is caused by uc_ticket.
If you can provide any more information, or if anyone else runs into this issue, please open the ticket and I'd be happy to look back into this.
