Issues in /admin with overflow:hidden

There are still some places where the overflow:hidden is causing issues in the admin section. .nested and .row are still getting overflow:hidden and cutting off wide tables, form elements, etc. such as those on CCK's display fields section.

Another issue with this that has cropped up is in Panels' content configuration section. The gear icons bring up dropdowns that are hidden if they're near the bottom of the page.
