- Overall a bit wordy, can be edited to say as much with fewer words.
- "This page…" needless self-references.
- I think the example for what kind of text you could add to the form is a bit overdone. It's a contact form, so yes I might want to add my phone or adress there. I get it :-)
- Question: can we link to the 'list menu items' page of the navigation block so we can help people find that link for the contact form?

This page lets you set up your site-wide contact form. To do so, add one or more categories. You can associate different recipients with each category to route e-mails to different people. For example, you can route website feedback to the webmaster and direct product information requests to the sales department. On the settings page, you can customize the information shown above the contact form. This can be useful to provide additional contact information such as your postal address and telephone number.

The contact module also adds a menu item (disabled by default) to the navigation block.

alternatively, I'm thinking even the deliver to different adresses bit is quite obvious. Since you have to go through setting up a category at least once this should be quite apperent. At least not necessary to point it out here?
