I think that "my subscriptions" belong under "my account"
instead of being a top level navigation item.

The menu template for this module was the more widely used "Notify" module. In the interest of maintaining a consistent GUI, I think it is best to leave it where it is.

As you see, the Notify module has been patched in order to be placed under My Account:

The same could be done here then. :)
