This might affect standard uploads too, but certainly when using FileField CCK fields to hold video, processed video and thumbnail, sometimes the video conversion status in the 'flashvideo' table is wrong. As far as I can tell, this happens when the video process *fails* but shortly afterwards the thumbnail process *succeeds*. I think FlashVideo is setting the status to "processed" instead of "waiting" because the successful thumbnail generation tricks it.
