Today I opened our community site powered by Drupal and surprisingly noticed that the home page welcomes some other user of the site in my machine!!! The user's home page that I saw, was actually logged in to the system from a different machine.....How this can happen? If anyone points me out the potential cause, I would be grateful.

This can happen if you are fronting the server with an accelerator cache, such as Squid, and you have not configured everything perfectly, or if you're accessing the site through a misconfigured proxy server.
