Hi,
I am loving this module - congrats on great work and many thanks.
I am having an issue with PDF on pages containing a table of contents (http://drupal.org/project/tableofcontents) like this one: http://www.kabissa.org/useful-tools-and-resources-web-hosting
That same page prints and is emailed perfectly. When I turn off the table of contents output it also generates perfect PDF.
Attached is a PDF of what happens when table of contents is turned on. Weird!
I am using dompdf.
Grateful for any advice.
Cheers,
Tobias

jcnventuraHi,
This is a problem with dompdf. I would advise you to try TCPDF or wkhtmltopdf and/or complain about this problem to dompdf's maintainers.
I have no idea why dompdf fails to show the table, but i suspect it may be from the Javascript/CSS to hide/show it. Is there a way in the TOC module to have it visible by default? If so, could you please try it and see if the results differ?
João
