Hi!

There is something problem wit role based menus.
I can create user groups but when i create new content (page, story, etc...) i can't define wich groups can acces to the specified content

With drupal core, you cannot say which group can access each node.
Check in admin > access control on how to fine-tune your setup.

You can also use some 3rd module to control node access. Look at http://drupal.org/project/Modules
