It depends on what you want. I use the integrated Gallery2 module for my website. You might want to consider some of the free standing Gallery2 templates if you are only going to show images.
I would also consider using brilliant gallery module.
In term of having a template ready to go for a gallery. I'm not sure. You might have to do some work.
