Only 1 of the 9 items listed on kernel.org RSS feed are picked up in Drupal6. I have verified this with 3 other drupal installations and reported the issue, but no acknowledgement.

Does anyone have some insight as to the cause?

Same problem on Drupal 6.14. I checked the feed and it validates perfectly with W3.

I looked at the feed for a while and really have no idea.

It seems to be a genuine Drupal aggregator bug. I suspect it might be a bit of a challenge to run down though.

Perhaps it has to do with the use of brackets in the text of the feed or the fact it is an rdf feed that has a rss url.
