When I select weight = 100, the Disqus comments are placed smack dab in the middle of my stack of "widgets" (ie. Adsense, service links, etc.) and even before the taxonomy tags. Any help would be appreciated. I would like for this to be at the very end of the page after the tags, adsense, etc. like the existing default drupal comment module provides...

I Think it is because of cck and/or tabs

You might want to try using the block.

I saw that you created a patch for this on another support request if I'm not mistaken. Does this apply to the problem I'm having? I can provide you with whatever info you need on this. Having disqus functionality is fantastic and I would love to be able to get it to appear where the default Drupal comments are now... Thanks-
