Multiple Errors after installing the Comment_Notify update

Last night, I updated my site with the new version of Comment_Notify. I am not sure that this has anything with the error that I am getting.

My site http://drewclardy.info is giving me these errors on load.

* warning: include_once(./) [function.include-once]: failed to open stream: Success in /var/www/clients/client1/web1/web/includes/theme.inc on line 155.
* warning: include_once() [function.include]: Failed opening './' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear') in /var/www/clients/client1/web1/web/includes/theme.inc on line 155.

I tried to run the site update script, but it would not run. I removed and uninstalled comment_notify, but that did not help.

I am using a modified version of Acquia Marina for my site. I copied a theme.inc file from another site into mine, but that did not help.

Any ideas? All other drupal sites on my server are working fine.
