Hi,

I made a little mistake (or a big one?)

In administer>blocks I unchecked the main navigation. The one on the left where I can access all the modules and stuff. Now theres nothing to see and to configure anymore.

Can I reset this in any way?

I am using drupal 4.6.3

just browse to
?q=admin/menu

You can always access your admin panel directly. Try going to ?q=admin/block to enable the block again. If you've logged out, go to www.example.com/user to log back in.

Please sign up for the security list and update your site to 4.6.6 sooner than later. 4.6.3 had an announced security vulnerability a few months ago. Upgrade now to avoid any issue's in the future.
