I am creating and editing blocks for the left column of Marinelli/Giordano. Suddenly, I am unable to see my blocks in any browser, although they are present in the Admin. Is there a cache problem going on or is the source code for this theme is little hinky?

I am on a Mac using Safari and Firefox. I can't comment on IE. http://j-nu.com/jnu4

This issue is being closed because it is against a branch for a version of Drupal that is no longer supported.
If you feel that this issue is still valid, feel free to re-open and update it (and any possible patch) to work with the 7.x-4.x branch.
