Requesting ownership of soap client project.

Hi.. I'm co-maintainer of soap client project. I've been doing some cleaning tasks on the issue queue and I'm submitting patches as well as fixing all the issues of the project. I didn't changed the project description, neither the maintainers list.. but I'm still waiting for a welcome message from current maintainers. I tried to contact them by email, irc and the issue queue without any reply. Even I use to talk to myself on the issue queue regarding module changes, so it makes sense for me to keep project ownership as I'm the only one being active in that project.
