See http://qa.drupal.org/pifr/test/16022 for an example. PIFR states that there are 46 fails, but there are only 45 if you add the numbers in the log below.

Appears to be legacy record that was ported. Not sure what went wrong in porting.

Let me know if you see this in current test results (after 2.x port).
