Issue tags: +beta blocker

Adding a beta-blocker tag since people with RTL languages on (like Arabic/Hebrew) won't be able to use it.

Re-test of 639268_axyjo.patch from comment #2 was requested by axyjo.

Install locale, go to languages, edit english, choose in the options from right to left.
Surf around and find issues!
