In 20 screens of all-caps, this Argentinian fellow was making a call to arms to overload the email system of a cruise company that was running a competition whose terms and conditions included "offer only available to residents of the United States".

So this guy decided that it was Googles fault and that this was discrimination against his human rights.
He pasted in the entire UN charter, demanded millions for his trauma, pleaded with terrorists and crackers to attack this company, CCed a letter to the nytimes.
... All done in fantastically accented miss-spellings and frothing-at-the-mouth incomprehensibility.

... Sorry, I know this is off-topic, but it is highly entertaining, and spam-fighters need a laugh too sometimes. Mocking the mentally ill is low, but seeing this guy (who also claims to have invented an alternate fuel!?) vs a 911 scammer = priceless.
