TinyMCE is defaulting to "false" for authenticated users, even tho' I set it for "true".

TinyMCE is defaulting to "false" for authenticated users, even tho' I set it for "true".

Authenticated users DO have access to TinyMCE, and they can turn it on from their account page. However, I don't understand why it defaults to false even tho I have set it for "true".

Any ideas? Is there another user permission I have to give authenticated users?
