I require a very experienced drupal developer who has excellent php skills for short term work.

My site requires a number of modifications which need to be carried out.

You should have advanced knowledge of modifying modules.

One of the examples and perhaps most complex things that need doing to the site is as follows:

I have a community built in drupal, users get points for posting comments, voting etc.
But I also have a vbulletin forum on the site. The drupal and vbulletin database are seperate but integrated in a way that it shares the same log in details etc. However...
as my users get points for commenting, writing blog posts, uploading photos etc, it is also needed that they get points added by also posting in the forum. Eg, 2 points per forum post.
Obviously with the two databases being seperate, this is not an easy job, but I know it can be done.

As mentioned there are many other modifications that need doing to the site too.
