I am relatively new to Drupal but have set up a simple site on a localhost. I am now replicating this to a live server flll.nuclear.uoit.ca and I am using the Bluemarine theme. I am using the Primary Links as the main menu for anonymous users. No matter what I try the Primary Links title does not appear on the top or on the left sidebar. I have included the Primary Links to the left side bar in the Block configuration, also on the right, it doesn't matter where I place it. I also cannot seem to add an item to the Primary Link. After I do that this item does not appear as option in the Primary Link. I have created a simple form using webForm and set the parent item to be and it also does not appear in the menu.

I have searched and found no information relevant to this. I appreciate any help on this.

OK I finally found the problem. I forgot to publish the webform I created. I am guessing that the Primary Links are not displayed when there in no content to display so they did not appear until the form was published. By the way I found this out when I discovered that access was not granted to the web form node by an anonimous user which led to a comment posted on making certain the form was published.
