not sure if a feature request or a support request,

is there an option to add the ALL case to the glossary (alpha index) attachment? With "all" set as wildcard for the view the url does exist - just not sure best way to get it in the index at the top - perhaps a theme override if no option for the attachment?

The easiest way is to theme the style output, and add line before the other items.
