This is a very important for me...
I want allow editors to be reviewr to each other
but not a reviewr to themseves.
So I need to take other users with some view and arguments... I don't really know how to do this...
But I think this should be possible somehow...

Actually I think you can do this with a filter. Create a view of users, add the "user: current" filter but select "no" for the option.

Just if You know...
Is this possible to block a user to edit a node that has a user name filled in in some filed?
This would be much helpfull too
