There's a number of case studies listed on the front page schedule that have been sitting there for at least six months (a couple go back to January of this year) and appear to have never been written. In the interest of keeping the schedule current and easily maintained, I'd like to propose that these case studies be removed at the end of the year if they haven't been written by then. The affected case studies are:

* TheBeijinger.com - A community website in Beijing, China
* CrushNet - Ken Suzuki
* Oregon State University - George Harkin
* ICANN - Cary Gordon
* Betternetworker.com - Jason Flenniken

I deleted the ones you had marked for Jan 1 from the page.

I also fixed up the 'example' section and added an example for webmaster issue linkage - most of the pending ones didn't have that link.
