How can I set different taxonomy_term per each vocabulary, for example I have 2 vocabs:
1. Blog categories
2. Directory categories

And each taxonomy_term is using different fields.

I need small suggestion :)

Ah nice. You created a task, this have to mean you want to write documenation :)

I know you can do this with panels and different variants. As alterntative you can use different paths for different vocabularies

Views does not have the ability to give different views on the same path based upon argument information. If you need this functionality, try taxonomy redirect module or CTools + Panels.
