It says you can do a March Madness setup but I can't see how that would be possible to create the entire 64 team bracket. I'm probably missing something very simple.

No, I don't think you're missing anything. It can't do a traditional march madness bracket. I was just thinking about doing the tournament as a pickem like the nfl playoffs. You'd enter all the games for round one, then have everyone pick the winners for just round one. Then you'd enter round two, and pick round two and so on...
Not the the traditional pick the whole bracket, although it would be fun to program:)
Each round could be scored as a different number of points, then the winner at the end would have the most points.

Would require quite a bit of development to make this happen, and this is not currently on the skyline without a sponsor.

With any luck, I'll have this finished before the start of the 2010 Tournament. I'll be sure to post my solution. The concept of the traditional 64 pool is rather simple, and it won't be that hard to extend the existing module to meet that need.

Hi.

You also could simply connect with the Bracket module.

After further review, I think because the basic design of a bracket contest is so different from pickem,
I'll not implement this feature within pickem.
