Module to rearrange taxonomy layout on node editing format

It there a module rearranges the taxonomy select lists on the node entry form?

It stretches way down, when after a few vocabularies.

The Panels module (http://drupal.org/project/panels) can help with this.

You can override/customize the layout of all sorts of things ... including node edit forms.
