This may be too much scope creep but I just stumbled on this module and wonder if it could pull in the functionality of the dead Online Status module?

Currently Advanced Profile Kit has several CCK fields for things like Facebook, Twitter, etc. I'd been wanting to replace it with the Online Status module but that module isn't going anywhere. I think the Follow module would work really well for this, with or without the "online" functionality but that would be a nice perk.

Hi Michelle! Yeah, unfortunately I'm not real interested in merging Online status into this. I'd like to keep this module simple, clean, pretty and to the point. Adding little things like that, while possibly pretty nifty, would just murk up the UI and be difficult to make clean (design-wise). :/

Let me know if you have other ideas though!
