I really like the minimalist look of the chameleon theme but I would like to have blocks in more regions than just left and right. I have read several tutorials on how to add more regions to your theme but they all talk about editing the page.tpl.php file which chameleon does not have. does anyone have any ideas on how i can add a header and a footer in chameleon?
