Children of primary links are not showing up in HTML. How to reproduce: create a child of a primary link.

Oh, yes, the parent is set to Expanded at admin/build/menu-customize/primary-links, but either way doesn't make a difference.

The 'expanded' option only affects menu blocks, not hardcoded variables. So use the 'primary links' block instead of the variable if you want to print children :)
