Files not returning from Blue Droplet Media after transcoding

I am experiencing files uploading to Blue Droplet Media being reported as having been transcoded but then not returning to my site. Some files have come back and others have not. I contacted Jbrown through BDM. I'm hoping someone can tell me what might be the problem.

Currently receiving "The video is awaiting upload to bluedroplet.com." instead of the video. Again this is for only some videos and not all.
