Possible to moderate terms with content taxonomy? (approve terms after submission?)

I am too looking for a similar feature. It would be great if it can be provided in D7 release.

It seems to me that the simplest approach is to add the necessary "move" operation to the taxonomy vocabulary overview form for each vocabulary that is related to another via these term reference fields. Here's a patch that does that. Please check it out for unforseen side-effects.

Oh, and don't hard-code field and bundle names. Whoops. Use this one instead.

Might Taxonomy Manager not be a better solution for this?
