Hi all,
Please i need someone to check out my use case:
I trying to build a portal that'll fish out duplicates of certain objects, lets call it content type A. when users create nodes of type A, i need a module/block that'll list similar nodes based on similarities in cck fields of the different nodes of type A.

I assumed associated nodes will be the answer to my aches but after installing and assigning the associated links block to the desired region, its still drawing a blank. and i've purposely created several nodes with matching cck fields. I'd really appreciate it if someone could tell me where i'm screwing up or is this module not designed for my use case? Thanks

It seems that Associated Nodes can fit your situation.
Have you defined weight to your association criteria ?

thanks for the heads up. the fault was mine all along. didnt know the block only shows up when viewing the node. now all i have to work out is how to show the block on all pages.
