Maybe the categories could better reflect the actual divison of labor and aspects of implementation of the redesign:

Content / Copy
Design / UI / UX
Information Architecture
Theme (bluecheese)
Widgets
Blocks
Module (this one is debatable, because if there are custom modules to be built, they would theoretically have their own issue queue)

Some might argue that UX, Theme, Widgets, Blocks, could all be combined into User Interface but to me, the whole 'Redesign drupal' project is user interface... we could be more detailed than that. As different people are in charge of different aspects of the implementation.

Theme (above) is also probably not needed since it also already has its own bluecheese issue queue. Not everyone will know to go there. In the listing of projects when creating an issue 'Drupal.org Redesign' has a much higher visibility than Themes > Blue Cheese.

FYI we have started moving issues. Maybe I'll stop until we can settle / implement the list :)

Looks like a good list. I'd combine take Design / UI / UX & Information Architecture and combine into a single UX component, though.

Do widgets and blocks need to be separated?

Modules that are specific to drupal.org won't have their own issue queue; we are still deciding about non-specific modules/products- discussion here: http://groups.drupal.org/node/39550.

Theme, design and Visual Language/brand etc should all go into Blue Cheese project. When creating new issues, it's listed directly under the Drupal project.

This would be my proposed component list for Drupal.org Redesign:

* Content / UI Copy
* Documentation
* UX
* Widgets/blocks
* Modules
* SEO

Looks like a good list to me.

Excellent. I've updated the Component list (and have left in Miscellaneous that covers issues such as this one).
